This of course is for 5 gallons. I mashed at 155 for 60 mins. Efficiency was around 70%

Used a 50/50 mixture of Simcoe & Amarillo (about 5 oz total) for dry-hopping in secondary. I have made with using both leaf and pellet hops and I prefer leaf at least for dry-hopping. Above recipe was all pellet hops.

Target OG/FG = 1.085/1.020
